As part of our Recognition and Reward schemes for our staff, our management team highlight an employee of outstanding merit each month. This ‘Employee of the Month’ is selected usually as the result of an outstanding act in the line of duty or through the recommendation of one of our customers. However we also reward those members of staff who provide a consistently high level of customer service and performance day after day. The winning officer receives £50 of Tesco shopping vouchers.
Below is an update on our recent winners:
August 2015 – Dave Barrass. Dave was recognised for his efforts in assisting with a staffing shortage in the Portsmouth area. Despite the considerable distance for his home, Dave not only volunteered to cover the required shifts until the new core team security officer started work, but also personally trained the new officer in his responsibilities at the site in question.
September 2015 – Rob Clark. The newest member of our Control Room team, Rob has hit the ground in recent weeks! Not only has he shown himself a great asset within the Operations Centre, he has also helped with servicing ad hoc additional work that we have taken on. He also played an integral role in the challenging mobilisation of Oakpark Security’s largest ever contract.
October 2015 – Phil Hall. Phil’s award was the result of his huge effort in covering additional shifts during the month of October when our Mobile Solutions team in Portsmouth saw two unexpected bouts of major illness in the team. Phil stepped in and offered himself to perform a number of extra shifts so that our customers experienced total continuity of service.
