As part of our Recognition and Reward schemes for our staff, our management team highlight an employee of outstanding merit each month. This ‘Employee of the Month’ is selected usually as the result of an outstanding act in the line of duty or through the recommendation of one of our customers. However we also reward those members of staff who provide a consistently high level of customer service and performance day after day. The winning officer receives £50 of Tesco shopping vouchers.
Below is an update on our recent winners:
April 2017 – Terry Peters & Paul Flynn. Terry and Paul were chosen as joint winners for April 2017 in their first month as Mobile Response Officers for Oakpark Security. Both Terry and Paul joined the company as part of a major contract mobilisation within our Mobile Solutions team and have received excellent feedback for their attitude and competence thus far. Despite the challenges involved in the transfer of information from the outgoing provider, both officers have responded with total commitment to the challenge ofproviding our customer with an excellent standard of service.
March 2017 – Ricky Smy. Ricky’s award was the result of a customer commendation from one of our long-standing Colchester customers. The client took the time to write a letter to Peter Sutton, our Operations Director, in which he praised the attitude and helpfulness of Ricky during a recent problem with their intruder alarm over a Bank Holiday weekend. He mentioned that he has dealt with Ricky on a number of occasions over the years and has always found him enthusiastic in resolving site issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
