As part of our Recognition and Reward schemes for our staff, our management team highlight an employee of outstanding merit each month. This ‘Employee of the Month’ is selected usually as the result of an outstanding act in the line of duty or through the recommendation of one of our customers. However we also reward those members of staff who provide a consistently high level of customer service and performance day after day. The winning officer receives £50 of Tesco shopping vouchers.
Below is an update on our recent winners:
March 2015 – Umer Khan. Umer is a new employee to Oakpark Security but he has already established himself as a key member of our Mobile Solutions team in Ilford. He has shown a willingness to go the extra mile in servicing our contracted requirements and is ever ready to help perform additional tasks when the situation arises. A popular member of staff with his colleagues, Umer is always cheerful and upbeat when going about his duties.
April 2015 – Mark Harness. Mark stepped in last month to help when a member of the Mobile Solutions team in Bury St Edmunds had to take emergency leave for personal family reasons. Mark provided cover on our Bury Response beat for almost four weeks to assist in covering this absence, and even found time to assist with some additional work with our Cambridge team. A big thanks from the management team to both Mark and Umer for their efforts during the month of April!
