As part of our Recognition and Reward schemes for our staff, our management team highlight an employee of outstanding merit each month. This ‘Employee of the Month’ is selected usually as the result of an outstanding act in the line of duty or through the recommendation of one of our customers. However we also reward those members of staff who provide a consistently high level of customer service and performance day after day. The winning officer receives £50 of Tesco shopping vouchers.
Below is an update on our recent winners:
January 2015 – Peter Dear. Peter is one of our mobile response team in Portsmouth. He stepped in to cover a number of additional shifts this month during a period of ad hoc personal leave by one of his colleagues. Since he joined the company last year, Peter’s friendly persona and ‘can-do’ attitude has earned him many plaudits from customers and staff; we feel that this award is overdue recognition of his efforts to date with Oakpark Security,
February 2015 – Darren Fourie. Despite some difficult personal circumstances at present, Darren has continued to be a reliable member of our Suffolk-based mobile response team. He has shown immense standards of reliability and flexibility during a challenging time for him and his family, something that our management team felt should be recognised and rewarded.
