As part of a restructure of our Operations team, Oakpark Security have added two new managers to oversee the core service functions of our business.
Paul Tice has been promoted to the newly-created role of Security Services Manager, with a responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of managing our customer accounts across Manpower, Mobile Solutions and Technology Services. Paul is a vastly experienced account manager with experience both inside and outside of the security industry. He will serve the primary point of contact for our customers during office hours.

He is joined by Rob Clark who will assume the role of Operations Shift Manager. Rob is the first product of the Oakpark Management Development programme having spent the past year learning his trade in our Central Operations Centre. Rob’s remit will be to support Paul in delivering service excellence to all of our customers, with particular focus on our ‘Monitoring & Response’ customers due to his strong technology skills.
