It’s now been a month since we opened up our new Norwich Regional Office and relocated our existing Portsmouth Regional Office to new improved facilities in Fareham – I thought I’d offer a quick update on the happenings since!
The new Norwich operation is gaining momentum with each week as we consolidate our keyholding and mobile patrol portfolio in Norwich and the South Norfolk area. Critical business infrastructure is now fully in place and we have been fortunate to already welcome a major new contract for Remote Monitoring and Mobile Response throughout the counties of Suffolk and Norfolk.
I am delighted with the reorientation of our Portsmouth operation since the move to the Segensworth Estate in Fareham. The move has been embraced wholeheartedly by our Portsmouth Mobile Response team who have taken advantage of our investment in new technologies and facilities at the new Centre. We have seen reduced response times for our keyholding service in the area – as well as being able to deliver an increased number of mobile patrols thanks to the reduction in travel times between current assignments.
A big thanks to all the staff and suppliers who have assisted with these significant operational changes!
