We pride ourselves as a company on our management team in which a number of our executive team can each boast a decade of service with Oakpark Security.

  • Peter Sutton

    Head of Oakpark Security

    Peter is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and overseeing all departments including Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Training & Compliance, and Business Development. An astute observer of industry trends, Peter is the driving force behind the company’s move toward a technology-driven, risk-based approach to delivering security solutions. He was also responsible for successfully launching a new business vertical in 2011 with the launch of Oakpark Cleaning Services. Outside of work, Peter’s main passion is West Ham United and all things connected with the club. He enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

  • Ed Smith

    Risk & Resilience Manager

    Ed joined the company in 2014 to help drive the company’s move towards specialist business resilience solutions. With a strong focus on innovation and technology, Ed is responsible for our Resilience Consultancy business stream, offering risk management advice to our customers through the use of our custom Security Audit and Security Risk Survey tools. His other main responsibility is the design of security solutions and their presentation in tender/proposal documentation. He serves as the company’s Environmental Awareness representative. Ed’s passion is rugby union, particularly all things Leicester Tigers.

  • Holly O’Keefe

    Head of Finance

    Holly joined the company in 2014 as a Financial Controller and has since been promoted to Head of Finance for Oakpark Security, taking responsibility for financial reporting and performance. Holly has considerable experience working in finance departments in both engineering and property sectors. Holly has very recently got married and can often be found on airfields supporting her husband in his gliding endeavours!

  • Stefan Giovannini

    Finance Assistant

    Stefan works in our Finance team and is responsible for maintaining an efficient invoicing and billing process for our customers. He also ensures that our purchase ledger is updated accurately and that our suppliers are paid on time every month. Stefan is a gym fanatic and outside of work you’ll undoubtedly find him pumping iron!

  • Rob Clark

    Operations Manager

    Rob joined Oakpark Security in 2014 as a security officer but has already earned successive promotions, first to an Operations Controller in 2015 and then to his current role of Operations Manager in early 2016. His current role involves supporting all aspects of service delivery, particularly our technology-based service lines with which Rob is highly familiar. Rob is the first product of the Oakpark Management Training Programme and we are delighted he has chosen to remain with Oakpark in his new role.

  • Dave Earnshaw

    Operations Supervisor

    After five years with Oakpark Security as a Mobile Response Officer, Dave was promoted to the role of Operations Supervisor in December 2015. With 22 years service in the British Army (including the Royal Pioneers), Dave has a natural affinity for logistics and organisation which he has since brought to Oakpark Security.

  • Anthony Miller

    Business Development Manager

    With a strong background in security technology and web-based applications, Anthony is responsible for developing new business for our various security streams. As well as showcasing his excellent presentation skills in front of potential customers, he will also manage our e-mail and telephone marketing efforts. When not in the office, you can usually find Anthony in one of Colchester’s finest restaurants or enjoying live music.

  • Steve Gray

    Operations Manager – Cleaning Services

    Steve was appointed as Operations Manager for our Cleaning Services business in February 2016. He brings considerable experience in the commercial cleaning industry – both in operations management and in business development – and boasts an array of specialised training such as IPAF and PASMA. Steve is a father of three which more than keeps him busy during his off time.

  • Jodie Smith

    Office Administrator

    Jodie is Oakpark Security’s Office Administrator, responsible for all matters relating to SIA licensing, vetting of staff and compliance with BS7858, as well as all our general administration. Outside of work, Jodie spends most of her time with husband Tom and dog Alfie!
