Weekly "weigh ins" are conducted by Liz Bean and we are pleased to announce that, collectively, the team has shed some 20 Pounds of ugly fat in the past Month. Despite rumours to the contrary, this does not mean that Pete Sutton and Alan Trotter have simply had their Heads cut off!
