Our Mobile Solutions team are pleased to have added to two new Vacant Property accounts to our portfolio of customers this week. The first contract will see Oakpark Security provide a wireless intruder alarm system for a commercial property under redevelopment, supported by a 24 hour mobile response support service. Furthermore, we will be providing various physical security devices to assist in target-hardening the site throughout the redevelopment.
Oakpark Security will also commence the protection of an Ipswich commercial space on behalf of a property management company based in London. Beginning next week, we will provide mobile security patrols of the vacant property to ensure the integrity of the access points, with weekly inspections to check meter readings, possible water damage and anything other elements that could devalue the property.
