The attending officers complete site status reports after each completed patrol (If required). Any defects,
unauthorised persons or vehicles in or near the site will be immediately noted and recorded on the report sheet.
Should any serious breach of security occur, the Mobile Patrol Officer would remain on site until your designated
key holder arrives after being contacted by the Oakpark 24-Hour Control Centre.
 Our Checkpoint electronic tour recorders are secure and tamperproof. The computer printouts are checked
daily to ensure that the officers have patrolled our clients sites correctly. Patrol reports and computer print outs
can be provided at the client's request.
In the last twelve months 7 of our Patrol Vehicles have completed in excess of 68,000 visits
to our clients sites.

Oakpark Security Systems Limited operates a dedicated Mobile Patrol Service in the South and East of
England from offices in Colchester, London & Portsmouth, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Specially
Trained and individually selected uniformed Mobile Patrol Officers who are in constant contact with our Manned
Control Centre carry out these patrols.
Our patrol vehicles are equipped with a Global Positioning Satellite System (GPS) which enables us to pinpoint
their position at any time, from this system we can provide printouts as further verification of times and dates
that our vehicles visit customers sites.
